I’ll send over our design brief — a little questionnaire to help me get to know you, your brand, and the kind of magic you’re dreaming up. The more you can share here, the better — it helps me understand your vision and quote accurately.

Already have a clear, well-documented brief ready to go? Love that for us. Feel free to shoot it through — just make sure it covers everything I’d normally ask in the design brief so we’re not missing any key bits.

Once I’ve had a read through your brief and made sure we’re aligned on vision, I’ll send over a custom quote along with a proposed start date. If everything looks good, a 50% deposit will lock in your spot (you’ll have 7 days to secure it before I open it up again). After that? It’s time to make some magic.

Now it’s my turn to get messy (in the best way). I’ll start sketching up to 3 unique directions for each print or pattern — think of it as the first layer of your visual story. This is where your ideas start to take shape, and we begin turning all that creative chatter into something real.

Once you’ve picked your favourite direction, we’ll fine-tune the details together to make sure it feels just right. You’ve got up to three rounds of revisions included in your quote — plenty of space to tweak, polish, and perfect without overthinking it.

Once everything’s approved, the final 50% is due. After that, I’ll package up all your final files — including Pantones, strike off sheets and production-ready formats — and send them your way, ready to roll.
